Classic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Whisk filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into shell; bake 15 minutes, reduce to 350°F and bake 40–50 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
